Early Bird Registration closes on Monday November 10th, 2025.
A cap of 120 registrations has been set for this year to maintain comfort at the venue and to support the experience of the group as a whole.
Registrations close on Wednesday December 31st , 2025, or earlier if the cap is reached before this.
Catering
The venue may be unable to cater for every variety of dietary need. If you have specific requirements aside from those listed on the registration form, you may need to bring your own food to supplement what is provided.
Registration Fee
- Your registration fee includes all meals, including Dinner/Dance, from Wed evening through to a generous brunch on Sunday.

If you pay by credit card, a 2.7% payment fee will be charged.

There is the option to pay by installments.

Pre and Post-Conference Workshops
Priority for pre and post-conference workshops is given to attendees who are also registered for the main conference.
Pre-Conference Workshop: Spontaneity: Our work in the world in the “here and now” Paul Baakman.
1 Day: Tuesday 13 January – 9.30am-5.30pm.
Cost: NZ$285 Fee includes Lunch and morning and afternoon tea
Pre-Conference Workshop: The Application of Sociodrama in family therapy; group-centred and prepared sociodramas – Elizabeth Synnot.
1.5 Days: Tuesday 13 January (10.00am – 5.30pm, 7pm – 8.30pm) Wednesday 14 January (9.30am – 1pm)
Cost: NZ$425 Fee includes Morning and afternoon tea, lunch and dinner on Tuesday; Morning tea on Wednesday
Post-Conference Workshop: Immersion in the group warm-up and the many reflective facets of its presence in the individuals and in the group – Dr Peter Howie.
2 Days: Monday 19 January (9.30am – 5.30pm) Tuesday 20 January (9.00am-4.00pm)
Cost: NZ$595 Fee includes Morning, afternoon tea and lunch on Monday and Tuesday.
