From Insight to Action – A one-day psychodrama workshop to reflect, rehearse and grow.
In order to grow, we first need to accept who we are and how we behave. Some aspects of ourselves are helpful, while others can hold us back. We all wear different masks in the world; some intentional, others unconscious.
This workshop offers a chance to explore how others perceive us, and how that differs from our own self-perception.
Join us for a day of reflection and experimentation where you choose which areas of your life you’d like to strengthen or change.
