Trisha Bennett is a certificated psychodramatist. She identifies as lesbian and has Ngati Raukawa, Irish and English ancestry. She has post graduate training across a broad range of psychotherapy modalities, social work and creative arts. Now semi-retired, when not in her practice, she is likely to be pottering around her quirky home, creating art, shaping up a garden or two, cooking for whanau, hanging out with her chickens, grandchildren, 3 adult children and friends (probably in that order), dreaming about travelling or contemplating the nature of consciousness. Trisha is passionate about the psychodrama method, authentic connection, and sucking the juice out of life.
