Associate Member Confirmation

Below is the Associate member confirmation form. Fill in this form to confirm that you have a current Training Plan with an AANZPA accredited Training Institute and are therefore eligible to be an AANZPA Associate.

Conditions of Associate membership are:

• a current Training Plan,
• receiving supervision from a supervisor approved by an accredited training institute if applying the method outside of training and,
• being familiar with the Code of Ethics.
