Associate Member Confirmation

Below is the Associate member confirmation form. Fill in this form to confirm that you have a current Training Plan with an AANZPA accredited Training Institute and are therefore eligible to be an AANZPA Associate.

Conditions of Associate membership are:

• you have a current Training Plan
• if you are applying the method outside of training you will be in supervision with a supervisor approved by an accredited training institute
• familiarity with the AANZPA Code of Ethics.
