AANZPA Conference 2019 – Payment methods

Preferred payment method

If paying by credit card via our secure system, you can book and pay directly via the registration form. You’ll receive an immediate confirmation of payment and a receipt from the online payment system will be emailed to you shortly after.

Alternate payment methods

  1.  Mail: Send Australian Cheque or Bank Draft, in Australian dollars only, made out to “AANZPA Conference”: Send to AANZPA Conference Registrar, Unit 24/82 Russell Terrace, Indooroopilly, Qld, 4068
  2. Interbank payment /Direct Deposit: To ANZ Bank Account: Bank & Branch (BSB #): 012-204 Account #: 180692381
  3. For international bank transfers from outside Australia, the following details will assist SWIFT Code: ANZ BAU 3M Bank Branch address: ANZ Bank, 388 Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000.

If you have chosen to pay by interbank payment / direct deposit or cheque, you will receive a confirmation of your registration when you submit your form. You’ll then receive an invoice from the Conference Treasurer in the next few weeks.

Please use your surname and initial as a reference on your direct deposit, and email us to let us know the date you have paid.

For security reasons, please do NOT email your credit card details.

Refund & Cancellations Policy

Registration refunds are at the discretion of Conference Treasurer. Monies may be repaid in full for cancellation requests received on or before 8th January 2019. After this date refunds will be paid net of any actual expenses incurred by AANZPA.

For accommodation refunds, if staying at Duchesne, please contact Jo Jager at j.jager@duchesne.uq.edu.au for information on their cancellation policy All registrations will be processed when payment is received.
