From Insight to Action

From Insight to Action

In order to grow, we first need to accept who we are and how we behave. Some aspects of ourselves are helpful, while others can hold us back. We all wear different masks in the world; some intentional, others unconscious. This workshop offer an opportunity to explore the masks we wear, and how others experience of us differs from how we perceive ourselves.

Join us to examine and experiment with the areas of your life causing you pain, anxiety or holding you back.

Participants of all genders, sexual orientations, and racial backgrounds are warmly welcome.
