If not now… when? – Spontaneity, creativity, and psychodrama
This two-day personal and professional development group is an invitation to connect with what’s important to you and to expand your capacity to respond to what life offers you.
We will work with the group in action, using the psychodrama method to slow things down and really notice what’s happening in a moment. Together we will explore patterns - how they’ve formed, how they show up, and whether they still serve you. There’s no pressure to fix anything; this is about curiosity, choice, and finding a bit more room to move.
This group may be a good fit if you:-
- work with people (in community, therapy, education, leadership, or creative roles)
- feel a bit stuck in familiar patterns and want to try something different
- want to reconnect with your spontaneity, creativity, and enjoyment
- are navigating change, complexity, or situations you’d like to explore in depth
- are curious about psychodrama and experiential group work - no prior experience needed
Cost: $350.00 (some places available at a reduced rate)
