Vitality comes from facing into and addressing our challenges.
It makes life worth living. Like a river, there are times when our vitality, or the vitality of our relationships, can become blocked or degraded.
This workshop offers you an opportunity to mobilise yourself, to address what is standing in your way, and to grow in new ways so you can live with greater vitality

When: 11 – 13 September. Friday 7 - 9pm, Sat 9.30 - 5pm, Sun 9.30 - 5pm
(on Friday please arrive at 6.45pm for a 7pm start)
Where: The Dell, 19 Church Square, Addington (formally Addington Haven).
Cost: $300 - waged (limited subsidised places for low waged/unemployed)
Morning and afternoon tea provided.
Maximum 12 participants – minimum 6
