POP-UP PSYCHODRAMA

Join us for a fun, welcoming, safe and supportive introduction to psychodrama and action methods.

This POP-UP Psychodrama group offers an opportunity to explore spontaneity, creativity, relationships and authentic expression through action and group experience. Through experiential activities and group participation, participants are invited to discover new perspectives, develop greater self-awareness and expand their capacity for creative responses in everyday life.

Imagine having more freedom, fun and creativity in the way you respond to life's situations, relationships and challenges.

The afternoon will be playful, experiential and beginner-friendly. No previous experience is required. Come as you are and participate at your own pace.

Led by experienced practitioners and trainees in psychodrama and group work, this event provides a supportive environment to explore, connect and learn through action.
