Revitalising Your Vision of Life
In this workshop we will focus on appreciating moments in your life where you feel fulfilment in the
vision of your everyday life. We will also work with identifying the forces that act on us when we
experience the loss of vision and purpose that make life satisfying.
Using group work and the psychodrama method we will work to revitalise the vision of our life and
develop a new warm up in the moments when we cannot enact this vision.
The weekends are standalone so we welcome you to enrol for one or both.
