Stepping Into Your Life – A Self-Development Psychodrama Workshop
Life moves fast - and many of us rarely pause to truly listen to what wants to emerge in our lives.
Stepping Into Your Life is an experiential psychodrama workshop designed to help you slow down, take stock, reconnect with your spontaneity and life force, and explore the areas that matter most - relationships, creativity, work, health, purpose and personal growth.
Across the day, you’ll take part in a safely-held group process using psychodrama - an embodied, relational and creative method that supports insight, connection, spontaneity and growth. Through warm-up, action and shared reflection, participants often discover new perspectives, loosen long-held patterns in the body and mind, and reconnect with a sense of vitality, agency and direction.
This isn’t about resolutions or self-help “hacks”.
It’s grounded, compassionate self-development - in connection with others - using action methods to bring your inner world into expression so you can step more fully into your life.
This full-day workshop in February is part of a three-workshop series, with the other two running in March and April. Details about all three workshops, including package discounts, are available on the website and the Humanitix event page.
