The Challenge of Intimacy – A Self-Development Psychodrama Workshop

The Challenge of Intimacy – A Self-Development Psychodrama Workshop

Most of us long for connection - yet intimacy can also feel tender, risky or complex. Old experiences, cultural messages, grief, shame or protection-patterns can shape how close we allow ourselves to be with others.

This experiential psychodrama workshop offers a respectful space to explore:
• closeness & distance
• trust & vulnerability
• boundaries & self-protection
• emotional safety
• love, friendship & belonging
• the parts of us that reach out - and the parts that withdraw
Psychodrama is a creative, embodied group process that supports insight, connection and growth. It is not acting - and you will always be supported to participate at your own pace.

This workshop is suitable for people new to psychodrama as well as those with experience, and is open to people of all genders, cultures and orientations.

If you’re wanting to develop healthier, more authentic and life-giving relationships - with yourself and others - this may be a meaningful place to begin.

This full-day workshop April is part of a three-workshop series, with the other two running in February and March. Details about all three workshops, including package discounts, are available on the website and the Humanitix event page.
