"Exploring Role Stress"

Many of us are involved in busy and quite demanding lives and stress is often an uncomfortable accompanying feature. In this session we will look at identifying the dynamic factors contributing to role stress in our work and take some steps towards resolving this.
August's session will be led by Bev Hosking.
Bev has been involved with psychodrama for many years and applies this method in her work as a counsellor, supervisor, and trainer. She is on the training staff of the Te Whanganui-a-Tara, Wellington Campus of PANZ (Psychodrama Aotearoa New Zealand). Bev is interested in new approaches for us getting together with each other in order to develop our capacities to respond creatively to our current social, cultural and political realities.

Come along at 5:45pm for a 6pm start.
