Vital Life: Men and new growth.

Vital Life: Men and new growth.

Vitality comes from facing into and addressing our challenges.

It makes life worth living. Like a river, there are times when our vitality, or the vitality of our relationships, can become blocked or degraded.
This workshop offers you an opportunity to mobilise yourself, to address what is standing in your way, and to grow in new ways so you can live with greater vitality.

Psychodrama is a potent method for developing new responses to old situations, or adequate responses to new situations. With the support of the group, it provides a structured space where you can explore situations and concerns from your life using action methods. These include group interaction, pairs exercises, and psychodrama enactments. There will be opportunities to learn to communicate better, resolve conflict more effectively, gain greater understanding of yourself, and bring new life to the way you relate to others.

Cost: $300 - waged (limited subsidised places for low waged/unemployed) Morning and afternoon tea provided.
