You and Your Creative Genius – A Self-Development Psychodrama Workshop

This experiential psychodrama workshop is an invitation to reconnect with your creative genius - the inner spark that imagines, experiments, expresses and brings new possibilities to life.

Through a carefully-held, embodied group process, we’ll explore themes such as:

• expression & imagination
• confidence and voice
• play, curiosity & experimentation
• shame, doubt & creative blocks
• bringing new things into the world
• courage & self-trust

Psychodrama is not acting - it is a respectful, relational and creative process that supports insight, connection, spontaneity and growth. Participation is always invitational and at your own pace.

This workshop is suitable for people new to psychodrama as well as those with experience - artists and non-artists alike.
